Diversity and Inclusion Committee

Committee Charge: The Diversity & Inclusion team develops high-impact approaches to educate NACE members about diversity and inclusion and its importance to the profession. Building on the efforts of the 2011-12 team, the 2012-13 Diversity & Inclusion team will achieve the following outcomes: • Develop methods to increase awareness of and adherence to the NACE Statement of Diversity. • Identify strategies to present to the NACE membership the recently completed diversity and inclusion competencies. • Work with the Face2Face team to incorporate diversity and inclusion education into 2012-13 events scheduled throughout the country.
