2015-2016 Leadership Pipeline Tiger Team
Committee Charge: The Leadership Pipeline Tiger Team advances the work of the 2011-12 Leadership Development Task Force and develops a proposal (by December 2012) of an integrated leadership development model for NACE that achieves the following outcomes:
• Creates a pipeline plan for volunteers leading to NACE Board service; educate members on leadership experiences within the pipeline
• Integrates existing member experiences, such as the Leadership Advancement Program, Mentoring Program, committee work and the sourcing/nomination process into a model that members can understand and pursue.
• Considers the type and level of leadership training necessary at various points within the pipeline
• Produces a proposal for consideration by the Board (January 2013) to adopt during 2013-14.
