Class size is strictly limited to 60 participants in order to maximize the educational value of the program. It is strongly recommended that you mail or fax your registration form to NACE as soon as possible.

Hotel and Travel Information    

The MLI 2010 will be held at The Heldrich Hotel and Spa  in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Your hotel room is included in your paid registration fee. Please do not call the hotel to make your reservation. NACE staff will be making your hotel reservation for the entire program. The hotel is equipped with a fitness center and provides complimentary Internet access in your hotel room.

Airport Information/Transportation to the Hotel

If coming via air, fly into Newark Liberty Airport. Within each terminal (A, B, & C) take the AirTrain monorail to the Newark Airport/ NJTransit Rail Station. (Fare is under $6.00 as of 2/19/10.) You must use a credit or debit card to pay to get through the turnstile.  When you get to the train station, purchase a ticket through the vending machines using a credit or debit card on the “Northeast Corridor Line” for *New Brunswick. (Fare is under $13.00 one way as of 2/19/10.) 

If you would like the hotel to pick you up at the train station in New Brunswick, call The Heldrich before your trip and make arrangements. (The hotel is four blocks from the train station.)

Cancellation/Substitution Policy

All cancellation/substitution requests must be made in writing.

Cancellation 

• Before May 1, 2010
  If you need to cancel, you can receive a refund less $100 administration fee.
  
• After May 1, 2010
  No refunds are possible.

Substitution

• Before May 1, 2010
  If you need to substitute, there is NO CHARGE
• May 1 – June 15, 2010
  If you wish to substitute, there will be a $125 assessment fee charged.
• After June 15
  Due to the amount of time required for preparation, NO SUBSTITUTIONS are permitted.

NBCC Credit

NACE is recognized by the  National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC)  to offer continuing education for national certified counselors. NACE adheres to NBCC continuing education guidelines. The Management Institute is approved for 28 hours of NBCC credit. The MLI will also provide participants with the first and only management credential specifically designed for the career services profession.

Tuition

Tuition is $2,149 for NACE members ($2,349 for non-members).  This rate includes a single hotel room for five nights, continental breakfast (five days), lunch (four days), breaks (five days), opening night (Sunday) class dinner, along with participant materials and assessments used during the program.

There is also a $1,949 rate for NACE members ($2,149 for non-members).  This rate includes shared double room for five nights, continental breakfast (five days), lunch (four days), breaks (five days), opening night (Sunday) class dinner, along with participant materials and assessments used during the program.

There is also a $1,495 rate for NACE members ($1,695 for non-members).  This is the commuter rate that includes daily breakfast, lunch, and breaks, along with participant materials and assessments used during the program; no hotel room included.
