In the past week I have learned that two of our academic departments have started working directly with employers to schedule interviews to be conducted in their departments. We do not have a written campus policy on this, but the understanding has always been that all interviewing is scheduled through our office. Does NACE have anything in writing about this issue? I would like to develop a written policy for our campus, which requires all interviewing be done through our office and I'd appreciate any help you can provide to support this policy.
