Harassment in Recruitment

Recruiters and career services professionals must keep current with laws surrounding harassment to counsel students participating in internships and the recruitment process and ensure that recruiters and internship supervisors are in compliance with the law. Attorney Edward Easterly, a specialist in employment law, will help college and employer participants examine the related laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Title IX, and learn what constitutes quid pro quo and hostile environment harassment.
