Way Station or Springboard? Career Plans And Work Force Perspectives Of Associate Degree Candidates

The interest in students pursuing an associate degree—who they are, how they see themselves, what their goals are after receiving their degrees, and how competitive they become in the job market after graduating—has never been higher.
