Current Benchmarks: Average Number of College Recruiting Staff

Spotlight Online for College Employment and Recruiting Professionals, January 6, 2010

Formal college recruiting programs have an average of 5.9 full-time staff employees (FTEs), according to results of NACE’s 2009 Recruiting Benchmarks Survey. The median is 3.0 FTEs.

 Large organizations ( >10,000 employees) and small companies ( <= 500 employees) boast the largest average number of staff—an average of 7.8 and 5.8, respectively.
