    Marketing Coordinator

    The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic team player for a Marketing Coordinator position.     • Coordinates all stages of the marketing campaign for defined marketing projects, including writing creative briefs, writing marketing copy, working directly with designers for creative design, assisting with email deployment, and reviewing post-launch results.
    • Works collaboratively with other departments (Editorial, Professional Development, Membership, Meeting & Events, Research, Communications, IT, etc.) to provide marketing support, collect and apply feedback and gain consensus for final marketing creative.
    • Helps execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (direct mail, email, web, newsletters, etc.) by working directly with other NACE departments.
    • Monitors timelines and documents milestones to ensure campaigns are completed on time.
    • Becomes skilled at using technical systems for production scheduling, email deployment, content management, website analytics and customer databases.
    • Assists other marketing team members to optimize efforts and meet team objectives in areas such as marketing, advertising, production, proofreading, copywriting, social media, etc.
    • Assists the Director of Marketing, as needed.
    • Occasional travel, as needed.


    Education and Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communication or related field. 2-3 years’ experience in Marketing role, or equivalent related experience.


    Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), required. Familiarity with SmartSheet, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Photoshop and/or InDesign, a plus.
