NACE Employer of the Year Award
NACE has commissioned the Recognition and Rewards Review Team, chaired by Marcia Harris, UNC Chapel Hill, and Marv Roth, University of Pittsburgh, to review and restructure the Award Program.
The need for such a review was identified from two recent member surveys, one indicating that member recognition was the least important role for the association; the other indicating that the Awards Program was the least valued member benefit.
Consequently, for 2002-03, NACE will seek submissions only for the NACE/Chevron Award and will reintroduce the other awards once the team's review is complete.
