Sessions will be 60 minutes in length, including 15 minutes of Q & A

We’re looking for high quality programs and experienced people who want to showcase their "best practices.” Intermediate- and advanced-level proposals are of special interest. We’re soliciting speaking proposals for the following topic areas:

Become a presenter at this “green” conference: all sessions will be held online, minimizing everyone’s “carbon footprint,” while offering the latest in professional information. There is opportunity for plenty of interaction, such as polling your audience, sharing applications, and live discussion! Share your expertise without having to leave your office.

Opening Panel Discussion on Recruiting and Retaining Millennials

The opening panel discussion features Chris Resto, co-author of Recruit or Die: How Any Business Can Beat the Big Guys in the War for Young Talent and director of MIT's Undergraduate Practice Opportunities Program, Amy Lynch, Generation Y columnist for Biz Journals and speaker at this year’s SHRM Staffing Management Conference & Expo, and career consultant Alexandra Levit (a twenty-something herself), author of They Don't Teach Corporate in College, How'd You Score That Gig?, and Success for Hire.

All this online conference requires is:

Speaker Eligibly Requirements: No marketing or self-promotion is allowed. Proposals must include educational and informational content as well as practical and proven solutions.  (Please read the RFP for more presentation information.)
