About the Instructor
Nancy Mikkelsen, NACE's director of education, is certified by the Tom Peters Company in leadership development. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of training and development, teaching a variety of topics from technical instrumentation to sales and leadership development. Mikkelsen, a frequent speaker at national conferences, was responsible for the redesign of the Management Leadership Institute.
