Technology is ever-changing but the difficulties faced by new graduates remain constant. Positive assimilation remains a key indicator of longer term organizational success, but is increasingly challenging to support. Recruiting and program management professionals need to know how to harness new and existing technology to enhance and maximize this process. This webinar will include a case-study based discussion that will demonstrate how the innovative use of technology has helped new graduates successfully assimilate into new organizations. A variety of scenarios will be presented and a continuum of available solutions will be described and identified. Topics discussed will include: assimilation beginning on campus (creating a virtual culture), integration of social collaboration, learning assessment of knowledge gaps, alignment of learning, metrics for success, and demonstrating return on investment. Personalization and the evolution of eLearning to MeLearning will be explored as well.
