In 2010-11, NACE launched its future initiative—“Career Services and Recruiting—2015”—to facilitate discussion among its membership about where career services and recruiting are headed. Through a series of essays, 14 professionals offered their insights into the short-term future, and special programming at the NACE 2011 Conference, including Town Hall meetings, gave more members the opportunity to dialogue about where we’re going.
