Terms & Conditions

15 percent agency commission on space if paid within 30 days. All other charges are net.

The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) looks to the agency placing the space reservation for payment; however, NACE shall have the right to hold the agency and the employer jointly and separately liable for monies due and payable to NACE. The agency warrants by submitting the space reservation that it and the employer have accepted this responsibility.

NACE will not be bound by conditions, printed or otherwise, on contracts, blank orders, or instructions when such conditions conflict with its policies.

Employers and their agencies are responsible for the content and representation of their logos, banners, and
employer profiles, and agree to hold NACE harmless from any liability, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising therefrom.

The employer, or agency acting on behalf of the employer, grants NACE license to use and display its logo on JobWeb. NACE agrees not to use the logo for any other purpose.

By execution of this space reservation contract, the employer agrees that it is an equal opportunity employer. If the employer believes that it is exempt from the requirements of the federal equal employment opportunity laws, it must provide documentation of its exemption.

NACE has the sole discretion to reject any logo, banner, employer profile content, or link to any web site if
deemed inappropriate by NACE.

NACE shall not be liable for any costs or damages if, for any reason, it fails to post a logo, banner, or employer profile. Cancellations may not be made by the employer or agency after a logo, banner, or employer profile is posted on JobWeb. If a logo, banner, or employer profile must be removed from JobWeb before its expiration date, the employer or agency is responsible for the rate in full agreed upon in this space reservation contract
