Bruce Soltys, Director, University Relations, The Travelers Companies, Inc.
As the Director of University Relations for Travelers Insurance, Bruce is tasked with leading a team accountable for the design and delivery of the enterprise strategy for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting a pool of diverse candidates through relationships with targeted colleges, universities, and student organizations across the country.
Prior to Travelers, Bruce held Campus Recruiting leadership positions with Prudential Financial and Verizon. His previous experience also includes HR Business Partner and Experienced Recruiting roles with Citi, Ernst & Young and Lucent Technologies. He holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University.
Nicole Wormley, Senior Manager, U.S. Talent Acquisition, Campbell Soup Company
Nicole is an established leader in talent acquisition with over 15 years of experience in the areas of university and professional recruitment, diversity attraction strategies and early career development. She has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and developing high performing teams.
Nicole is presently the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition with Campbell Soup Company and has responsibility for advancing the University Recruitment and Talent Acquisition strategy, execution, and teams associated with executing against both. Nicole also has responsibility for Campbell’s employment brand, social recruitment and external recruitment media partners.
Prior to her current role, Nicole spent a little more than 8 years with Aramark Corporation. Prior to her departure, Nicole was the Sr. Director of College Relations.
In that role she had responsibility for Aramark’s Early Identification High School Internship Program, Internships/Co-ops Programs as well as several functional/business Leadership Development Programs. Prior to that, she was the Director of Talent Acquisition for ARAMARK Higher Education, which at that time was a $1.8 billion dollar business.
