As university relations and recruiting professionals, we can create relationships with underclassmen by sharing our company’s brand and exploring opportunities available throughout their college career. At Vanguard, we have created a program to attract and identify early talent called EXPLORE. The one-day event provides students with a realistic job preview; a glimpse into our industry and corporate culture; and a chance to develop professionally through customizable workshops, presentations, and networking forums with professionals across the organization. For employers, the program creates a diverse pool of talent for recruiting relationships and contributes to retention efforts. For attendees, those who spent several hours exploring our organization felt confident in their post-graduate commitment to it.
Following this program, you will be able to:
Registration includes three-month, post-event access to the webinar archive.
To view the attendee list, your receipt, and your confirmation, use the "I'd like to" option next to the Explore-ing Early Talent listing in MyNACE > Events. Remember to download your copy of the presentation deck (available one to two days prior to the webinar). A video archive will be available there as well within five (5) business days of the webinar's completion.
