      How can you stay one step ahead and land exceptional hires from campuses across the country? In what way can you identify and continue to build relationships with potential hires?

      Join Nathan Lippe, manager of Solutions Architect at CareerBuilder, as he demonstrates how investing in potential hires can pay dividends. Much like with dating, candidates want to feel valued and connected to potential employers prior to making a commitment. Explore methods on how to turn warm leads into employees through ongoing conversations, data tracking, and fostering rapport. Leave with an overview on how to build a plan for solidifying these connections.

      Following this program, you will be able to:

      • Evaluate why it is important to invest in high-performing candidates;
      • Discover how to identify and track dedicated students; and
      • Construct a plan to build relationships over time.
