NACE Learning Platform - FAQ

 

 

What program topics are available within the NACE Learning Platform?

Topics include: career development, career readiness, the job outlook, personal development, public policy and legal issues, talent acquisition, and member toolbox offerings.

How often is programming added?

New content is added monthly, and will include on-demand programming, microlearning, and select content pieces from NACE events.

Where can I purchase on-demand programs, courses, and an annual pass?

You can purchase these items through the NACE Store.

Is a discount available for individual on-demand purchases?

Yes! The discounted price structure is provided below. In order for the discount to apply, all qualifying purchases must be made in a single transaction.

One on-demand purchase

  • Member: $69 each
  • Nonmember: $119 each

10 percent off two on-demand purchases

  • Member: $124 total
  • Nonmember: $214 total

15 percent off three on-demand purchases

  • Member: $175 total
  • Nonmember: $300 total

How long will I have access to purchased programming?

Registrants will have access to programming for one year from the date of purchase.

Can I earn continuing education (CE) clock hours?

Yes! Programs meeting CE criteria are listed and available within the NACE Learning Platform.

Is programming related to the NACE Coaching Certification Program included within the annual pass?

No. Bundled options with a price discount for the 30-hour and 60-hour NACE Coaching Certification Program are available within the NACE Store.

Can I complete Knowledge Assessments through the NACE Learning Platform?

Candidates pursuing the Board Certified Coach (BCC) credential must score an 88 percent on all respective Knowledge Assessments. Candidates may attempt the Knowledge Assessment three times. Following three unsuccessful attempts, candidates will be asked to complete the course in its entirety again.

Can I transfer my registration for individual on-demand webinars?

Transfers for on-demand webinars are not allowed.

Can I cancel my registration for individual on-demand webinars?

No refund or credit will be provided for purchase of on-demand webinars.

Can I transfer my registration for on-demand courses in the NACE Learning Platform?

For on-demand courses within the NACE Learning Platform, transfers will be granted if the following is true:

  • The registrant has not started the session;
  • A request is received within 15 days of purchase; and
  • A request in writing is provided to events@naceweb.org.

Sessions in progress are ineligible for transfers, refunds, and/or cancellations.

Please note: No-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Can I cancel my registration for on-demand courses in the NACE Learning Platform?

For courses within the NACE Learning Platform, a full refund will be granted if the following is true:

  • The registrant has not started the session;
  • A request is received within 15 days of purchase; and
  • A request in writing is provided to events@naceweb.org.

Sessions in progress are ineligible for transfers, refunds, and/or cancellations.

Can I transfer my registration for my annual pass for the NACE Learning Platform?

Pass purchase resides with the unique registrant and cannot be transferred or refunded.

Can I cancel my registration for my annual pass for the NACE Learning Platform?

Annual pass options within the NACE Learning Platform can be cancelled and a full refund will be granted if the following is true:

  • The registrant has not started any session;
  • A request is received within 15 days of purchase; and
  • A request in writing is provided to events@naceweb.org.

Can I receive a refund for my annual pass for the NACE Learning Management Platform?

The annual pass resides with the unique registrant and cannot be transferred or refunded.

How long will I have access to annual pass programming?

You will have access to annual pass programming for one year from the date of purchase.

Can I purchase an annual pass for my entire organization?

Yes! Organizations may purchase annual passes for their entire staff.

Are there discounts available for organizational annual pass purchases?

Yes! A 5 percent discount will be applied to the total for the purchase of 5 to 9 annual passes. A 10 percent discount will be applied to the total for the purchase of 10 or more annual passes.

If I purchase an organizational pass and the employee leaves, can I cancel/transfer their access to another person?

Registration resides with the unique member and cannot be cancelled or transferred unless the following is true:

  • The registrant has not started any session;
  • A request is received within 15 days of purchase; and
  • A request in writing is provided to events@naceweb.org.
