Spotlight for Recruiting ProfessionalsJuly 23, 2014
Last week, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) mailed a new wave of Corporate Scheduling Announcement Letters (CSALs) to employers it has identified for upcoming compliance reviews.
OFCCP sent the letters to the local facility to be audited with no additional notification to the corporate headquarters, reports Jackson Lewis LLC, adding that the CSALs are addressed simply to “Human Resources Director” and not to any specific individual.
The CSAL will be followed by a letter to schedule the audit. Upon receipt of a CSAL, the employer must submit its affirmative action plan to the agency within 30 days.
