Join an Elite GroupSalary Survey for Associate Degree Candidates
Your participation in NACE's Salary Survey for Associate Degree Candidates will increase the value of your national and regional salary data and give you and your colleagues reliable data to work with.
In 2006, NACE piloted its first Salary Survey for Associate Degree Candidates. Forty schools provided data for the report, which contained salary information for the Classes of 2003 and 2004. NACE plans to begin collecting data for the next edition of the report in early 2007, and will provide all two-year college members with specific instructions for participation at that time. The 2007 report will contain salary information for the Classes of 2005 and 2006.
As we move forward with this iteration, increasing participation and ensuring that data are accurate and reliable will be essential. Many of our community college member have indicated their interest in collecting and submitting data (or strengthening their current processes), but have told us that they're not sure how to proceed. As a result of these conversations, NACE has compiled information that we hope will help with the process (see Tools You Can Use).
