• Compare your career services office to those of peer or aspirational institutions. Based on the latest data from NACE’s annual Career Services Benchmark Survey, your report can help you:

    • Get data on staffing, budgets, and facilities to build your case for more resources.
    • Check your service offerings against those of your peer institutions.
    • Compare your structure to those of peer institutions.

    Selecting schools for comparison

    • You identify a list of schools against which you would like to benchmark. (Minimum number of schools: 5)
    • NACE verifies that these schools took part in the survey.
    • NACE produces aggregated tables based on data submitted by your comparison schools. (This protects the confidentiality of data for the individual institution.)
    • The aggregated data you receive will compare such items as office structure, services provided, staffing and compensation for professional positions, budget, technologies employed, and assessment practices. (View a sample report.)

The Peer Institution Comparison Report is $300 for a NACE-member school that participated in the current Career Services Benchmark Survey, $450 for nonparticipating member schools.
