Inclusion, Equity and Affinity Committee

Committee Charge: The Committee and Affinity Impact Teams will provide expertise and insights regarding: • Inclusion-focused educational programs fostering diverse perspectives and content development. • Membership engagement and networking activities. • The NACE Statement of Diversity and Inclusion and its application in the work of the membership and the association. • Collaboration with other NACE committees/task forces on initiatives addressing inclusion, diversity and equity. Affinity Impact Teams are determined on an annual basis based on the input from membership to ensure organizational and individual perspectives reflect areas of NACE’s commitment to diversity, inclusion and equity. Teams for 2019-20 include: • Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-Serving Institutions • Community and Two-Year Colleges • Global Talent • Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs) • Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) • Individuals with Disabilities • LGBTQ and Allies • Liberal Arts Colleges and Majors • People of Color • STEM • Tribal Colleges and Universities • Veterans • Women in University Recruiting & Relations and Career Services
