It's time to re-think prepared. Prepared is past tense. It's finished and done. In today's rapidly shifting world of work, the goal should never be done, it should, instead, be to cultivate a new kind of on-going present tense preparation. This presentation will introduce an experientially-focused and holistic model with a goal of accessibility, availability, and affordability for all students. Nazareth College's Center for Life's Work is engaging with 99 percent of underclassmen and graduating students with an average of three-plus experiences. Learn practical strategies for implementing this model and identify appropriate success metrics that work at your own institution.
