One Size Does Not Fit All: Transformational Change Using a Hybrid Structure
Description:
Implementing institutional change is never easy and competing interests can easily sink ships. This workshop shares one university’s career development transformation from a centralized model to a hybrid model, illustrates epiphanies and struggles that occurred during the process and changes that were made in response, and identifies the key ingredients for success. It also provides a way of thinking, whereby other colleges and universities may learn from and implement components of UNH’s Career and Professional Success hybrid model in their respective institutions.
