In today’s data-driven environment, it's critical to have a clear, future-focused strategy. But it doesn’t end there. Too often, strategic plans are developed with no plan for tracking progress, which inevitably leads to lack of results, staff motivation, and buy-in from key stakeholders. When this happens, others control your story. This program will help participants examine these questions: WHY track your strategic plan?; HOW to track your plan?; and WHAT is your story? Exciting data collection and visualization tools will be shared, with strategies for implementation. Participants will develop short- and long-term plans for implementing learned strategies on their campuses.
