Do you and your colleagues ever ask, “What are the recruiters thinking?” College recruiting is changing. Attend this session to better understand the needs and perspectives of recruiters and explore potential for greater collaboration. This panel of leaders from private, public, and nonprofit sectors will share perspectives that many in career services may find surprising. Panelists will address these three topics: 1) How are recruiters evaluated by their employers? 2) Deadlines and exploding offers, and 3) Burning bridges—reneging on offers.
