Co-Designing for Career Success: Collaborating With Students to Design Career Development Content
Description:
How might career centers more effectively and intentionally collaborate with students to envision and offer self and career exploration programming? How might we co-design meaningful, peer-driven career development models that encourage and support students to take ownership of their professional journeys and feel confident in their choices? This session will engage participants in exploring ideas, strategies, and tactics for more effectively integrating students in program development and delivery. Additionally, this presentation will provide strategies for how to effectively scope and scale collaborative work with students in ways that result in genuine learning opportunities and positive student experiences.
