Description:

Using relevant data, theories, and models as the root of everything we do, Drew University and Ithaca College have begun the process of transforming our roles as career professionals to more collaboratively and inclusively act as systemic facilitators of career relationships, community engagement, and intercultural career development. Participants who attend will learn relevant data, theories, and models to guide their work and to generate support and excitement from their constituents. Participants will also leave with new and innovative ways to engage stakeholders of all types on their campuses and communities based on what two institutions are currently prototyping.
