Mary Scott will present the findings of the just-released campus-based study "Revisiting Recruitment High Touch/High Tech: Students Benchmark their Attitudes and Expectations." Topics include: the value of current recruitment practices, tools, and techniques; the impact of recruitment execution, both high touch and high tech; and the factors that influence students' perceptions of employer authenticity. Quantitative and qualitative data will be presented to document what students value (and don't)—and WHY—during their job-search experiences.
