Scaling Without Sacrifice: A Research-Driven Approach to Expanding Access and Impact
Description:
Most of the effort to scale career services has focused on ensuring that all students have access to the same opportunities, whether those focus on mentorship, experiential learning, or support for their job search. Given the resource constraints many career centers face, this session is about reframing the scaling conversation to focus on targeting interventions to reach each student with the support they need the moment they need it. Presenters will share a research-based strategy for more effectively matching students with opportunities to ensure highest best use of career center resources.
