Breaking Boundaries: How to Leverage Technology to Connect More Students With Employers
Description:
Engaging students is challenging. Millennials and Generation Z want to be: valued, find a job that fits their values, and meet employers in-person. Logistical constraints limit how often employers can come to campus and job boards lack the appeal to attract students’ shortened attention span. A solution to employer-student interaction without the logistical issues in real-time video chat conferencing. The National Organization on Disability will demonstrate how it’s pilot program, Campus to Careers, is using to video chat career fairs to increase student engagement and accessibility for students.
