To all career services professionals and employers, would you like to attract more students to an employment fair? How about creating a backyard atmosphere employment fair, in which consists of food trucks, yard games, free food and prizes?! We understand the financial costs today to attend college, and how the students need a job to assist their debt. Participants who attend this session will learn how we made this fair less intimidating for the students, more successful for the employers by fulfilling their talent needs, and creating a tuition reimbursement program with an employer partner that made the headlines.
