Aligning Institutional Support With Doctoral Student Career Development Needs
Description:
On many of our campuses, career services and resources are open to all but may be used predominately by undergraduate students. What happens when we have great career development offerings but our graduate students remain underserved? This session focuses on the unique career development needs of doctoral students and assesses when and where gaps may occur. The session will feature national data on doctoral student career trends as well as breakout discussions. Participants will be armed with a better understanding of how to serve doctoral students at their home institutions.
