The Real Problem With Career Services
Description:
Imagine a campus where all the students engage in the career development process on a continual basis. Career coaching is no longer just for the privileged. Students do not have to opt in to engage, they are automatically enrolled. Our four-year plan of scaffolded career readiness takes the traditional liberal arts education beyond the classroom, infusing career readiness into academics. Participants who attend this session will walk away with the necessary tools to develop an equitable system of career readiness within the college experience.
