There are many ways in which Career Services quantify it’s activities and results. At Champlain College, one of the “success factors” is providing students with a mandatory personal finance education designed and managed by its career center. Champlain’s plan to provide financial education to all its undergraduate students has gained national attention, and continues to be considered one of the institutions leading the way in this emerging field. In this session, we will share how a small, private college managed to positively influence student debt reduction through its financial education, enabling it’s graduates to be financially equipped for their future.
