Description:

The purpose of the session is to articulate Dell Technologies’ community college initiative, as part of its diversity and inclusion hiring strategy. The session will review the inception, development, and growth of the program; methodology for school engagement; and organizational supports in place to execute goals. This co-presented session will allow for storytelling and lessons learned, and will include time for attendees to ask questions.
