Global Intern Programs 365 Days Later
Description:
The past year or 365 + days has made for some of the toughest work ever for global intern program leaders. Considering COVID-19, a pivot to WFH, and regional challenges such as Black Lives Matter and the political climate, intern program leaders around the globe have experienced a variety of challenges but also fostered some very creative solutions. They have had to think on their feet and continuously balance local vs. global decision making.
