Interns Driving Business Initiatives Through National Projects
Description:
WHY? Embracing the current generation’s entrepreneurial spirit, Chartwells has designed a national project program to capitalize on innovation that drives business initiatives, providing a learning opportunity for students to support and impact their campus community while they themselves grow professionally and personally. THE EXPERIENCE. We empower our interns to be difference makers and take on the reverse-mentor approach where we understand ideas, big or small, come from these young minds. Our Student Success interns have developed and launched innovative initiatives that are on-trend, bringing new ideas to life in the areas of sustainability, technology, nutrition and wellness, and/or automation relating to the foodservice industry. PAST STUDENT INNOVATIONS. The innovative solutions students created have really made an impact to our business. Some of these initiatives have been rolling out robot delivery systems, campus-wide recycling programs, creating national retail brands, supporting national campaigns and even partnering with nationally acclaimed Cruising Kitchens to build and design the world’s largest food truck.
