Description:
Learning Outcomes: Identify and enact practices to form meaningful relationships with university student leaders and student groups. Identify diversity, equity, and inclusion-informed best practices for employers engaging with student leaders/groups, and understand the significance of transforming employer practices to align with the rising workforce. Reflect upon current organizational practices and begin to imagine a more transformative and just future by participating in a visioning activity and identifying two actionable next steps post-conference.
