Student Preferences: Implications for Engaging Today’s Students
Description:
Student attitudes and behaviors when engaging with employers and career centers have changed over the past two years due the impact of global health pandemic, the social justice movement, and the transition to virtual recruiting. What students value when considering internship and entry-level opportunities is shifting, with new priorities placed on organizations that value and take action on social justice issues, offer inclusive and equitable work experiences, support sustainability initiatives, and more. These emerging changes in student expectations have significant implications on developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies and practices. Join us as NACE leadership shares initial results from the Class of 2022 Student Survey.
