EDICT is an internship program focused on improving diversity in the climate workforce. EDICT placed 150+ interns from traditionally excluded groups. The model works: 96% of the employer participants are interested in recruiting EDICT interns in the future! Learnings from the successful DEI workforce program will help employers and program leaders.
