This session will focus on best practices that career services practitioners can implement to support undocumented students with and without work authorization. Attendees will learn about undocu-friendly career programs and initiatives such as inclusive internship programs, experiential fellowships, entrepreneurship training, and more. Learning Objectives: Understand who undocumented students are, including a definition of terms. Identify promising practices for supporting the career success of undocumented students, with and without work authorization.
