Description:

At Agnes Scott, all students complete SCALE (Sophomore Class Atlanta Leadership Experience), a three-day immersion held at approximately 30 business, nonprofits, and government sites, including Enterprise Holdings. Learn about this innovative credit-bearing experience through the eyes of site host, EHI, and ASC leaders. Learning Objectives: Engage employers in career-exposure initiatives that ultimately drive diverse pipelines and internship and job-recruiting success. Inspire creative ways of collaborating and providing employer feedback loop to faculty and staff colleagues. Deepen student understanding of the leadership career competence and how it impacts other competencies.
