Description:

Gonzaga University has developed and implemented several successful programs designed to engage faculty members because of the influential role they play in student career development. Workshop participants will review a kaleidoscope of services that have strengthened academic support of career services and forged lasting collaborations. Learning Objectives: List at least three programs or services designed to engage faculty that could be modified to meet the faculty engagement goals at individual colleges and universities. Identify how engaging with faculty members impacts your opinions toward career services. Conceptualize how to best assess faculty engagement.
