Review curriculum of a first-year seminar aligned with the NACE career-readiness competencies, and how we measure the impact through a new course evaluation to track competency development, results of curriculum, and delivery. This session will engage participants in a discussion on best practices using competency framework and assessment. Learning Objectives: Develop learning outcomes that align with competencies. Identify opportunities to apply competency development in curriculum. Understand how data can be used to measure the impact of a course on competency development.
