NACE has leveraged data proven approaches to develop new DEI tools and is excited to provide a preview. Be among the first to peek into to new programs NACE will roll out over the next year. The first is a DEI Certificate Program. It will provide a unique experience of gaining insights on inclusive actions. Those who complete the program will leave with a toolkit of strategies and practices to help individuals meet the DEI needs of their organizations. The second program NACE will roll out is a DEI Champions Index. The index will catalogue employers that are committed to continued efforts that foster inclusion in early talent preparation/engagement.
