One of the challenges in designing curriculum is to determine where the competencies belong in the curriculum – Are they general education? Should they be in lower-level courses? Can they really be taught “across the curriculum”? While there is no right answer, developing a model to depict this can help all parties to understand their role in helping students to develop career readiness competencies
