One Company, Many Roles: Internal Talent Competition and Unifying Campus Recruiting Efforts
As employers continue to place high value on college talent, programs are put in place to attract and support recent graduate success. These development programs are designed to attract top talent, and as a result, recruiters are charged with hiring at higher levels from campus. One challenge for programs is internal competition for talent within different pockets of an organization for the same talent. This session will explore how to build and maintain a positive, unified brand on campus while promoting different roles.
