How Small Brands Attract Top Candidates
There is limited room in students minds for a seemingly unlimited number of employer brands. With a handful of big brands taking up most of the space, how do smaller brands create awareness and attract the talent they need to thrive? This workshop will highlight the strategies that have proven successful for employers of all sizes and in the least likely industries. Strategies discussed will include elite leadership programs; securing buy-in across the organization; carefully curating the right target schools; leveraging the right campus partners; and, capitalizing on the advantages inherent in a leaner organization, among others.
