Inclusive and Innovative Partnerships: Readiness for Gen Z Work-Study & Student Employees
Description:
Generation Z, the latest generation of college students, is less likely to seek out career development. And given the time committed to campus jobs, Federal Work-Study and student workers can be left unprepared in the career development process. To support and engage all students, career development must be innovative and agile. Join us to learn about a partnership at Wake Forest that reaches Gen Z students where they work. This initiative engaged student employees, increased confidence for Federal Work-Study students and often reached populations where more than 50% of students were not yet engaged with the OPCD.
